Jim Hanley

Jim Hanley, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Sierra Nevada Corporation since November 2024. Previously, from August 2008 to November 2024, Jim held the position of Vice President and Division Manager at ManTech, overseeing operations with a P&L responsibility for multiple contracts supporting Naval Air Systems Command. Jim's leadership resulted in over $300M in annual revenue and a consistent yearly revenue growth of more than 10% since 2017. Jim's experience includes a distinguished military career as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where responsibilities spanned training and operational readiness, alongside significant service as a FA-18 Weapon Systems Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Jim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Penn State University, along with advanced qualifications from the Navy Fighter Weapons School and Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron.
