Ashokanand Chathbai

Ashokanand Chathbai is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in structural analysis and stress engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Structural Engineer at Sierra Space since July 2021, Ashokanand previously held the same title at Sierra Nevada Corporation from September 2019 to June 2021. Prior roles include Stress Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace from June 2013 to June 2019, and a similar position at AIRBUS from May 2006 to May 2013, specializing in stress analysis, fatigue, and damage tolerance. Ashokanand began the career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Institute for Aviation Research from January 2005 to May 2006 after obtaining a Master's degree from Wichita State University between 2004 and 2006.
