Bret Heaslet

Bret Heaslet is a seasoned aerospace professional with a strong background in systems engineering and hands-on technical experience. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Sierra Space since May 2019, Bret previously held roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a brief period in early 2019 and as a Technical Intern at Sierra Nevada Corporation and Northrop Grumman in 2018 and 2017, respectively. An intern at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in early 2017 marked the beginning of a rich career that includes diverse experiences ranging from technical roles to event management and student internships. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Cuesta College.
