Daksh Shukla

Daksh Shukla, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Engineering Manager for Guidance Navigation and Control at Sierra Space, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Daksh was with Northrop Grumman as a Senior Principal Engineer, focusing on the Cygnus Docking spacecraft and its automated docking systems, among various GNC algorithm and flight software developments. Experience also includes roles at Blue Origin, Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, and The University of Kansas, where significant contributions were made in autonomous flight control, GNC subsystem design, and research in UAV technologies. Daksh holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Kansas, along with graduate studies at Mississippi State University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Instrumentation & Control Systems.
