Heather Pergola

Heather Pergola, Human Resources Generalist at SierraConstellation Partners, is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and many other HR initiatives.

Heather joins the company from an AmLaw firm, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Having worked mainly in the area of human resources for the legal industry, she is familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and team member lifecycle events. She is also experienced in partnering with managers, providing superior customer service, and upholding department operations at the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Heather earned her B.A. from Adelphi University in New York and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
