Rob Shenfeld

Rob Shenfeld, a Director of Project Management at SierraConstellation Partners, has over two decades of experience as a restructuring attorney and consultant advising and guiding public and private companies through growth initiatives and financial and organizational challenges during uncertain economic conditions. In his current role, Rob deploys his experience and skills working hand in hand with SCP consultants on projects to achieve client’s goals. His involvement on projects provides the clients with unique depth and perspective that differentiates SCP from other interim management firms.

Prior to joining SCP, Rob was a financial restructuring and bankruptcy attorney at several international law firms both in Los Angeles and New York where he developed broad experience in strategic advice, negotiation and documentation of complex in-court and out-of-court corporate restructuring and reorganization.

In 2021, Rob won the 15th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Award under the category of ‘Information Technology Deal of the Year’ for his work with Wave Computing.

Rob received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
