Stefanie Russo

Stefanie Russo, Senior Executive Assistant at SierraConstellation Partners, wears many hats, including goalkeeper, operator, implementer, integrator, proxy, and trusted advisor to the CEO. Ms. Russo has been with the firm since its inception in 2013 and has experience working in various industries, including professional consulting services, executive search, health, wellness and fitness, consumer goods, and retail.

Prior to SCP, Stefanie was Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and regional leader of Conway MacKenzie, a restructuring and financial advisory firm to the middle-market. In that capacity, she was responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of regional operations. Ms. Russo’s prior work experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant for C-Level executives at Heidrick and Struggles, Herbalife International, Mattel and DFS.

Stefanie is active in several Executive Assistant organizations and was recently accepted into the notable Chief of Staff Association.
