Carlos Chagolla

Carlos Chagolla has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at SierraThermal, Inc. since June 2010, where responsibilities have included coordinating with various local and federal agencies for inspections and permits. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions as Director of Production, Plant Manager, and Safety/Facilities Coordinator at SierraThermal. Carlos's previous experience includes serving as Process Supervisor at CEMEX from January 2002 to July 2009, overseeing the production department and managing crew assignments and equipment scheduling.
