Breanna Horrigan

Breanna Horrigan, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at siffron since October 2020, Breanna collaborates with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Breanna held positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, focusing on employee development, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration. Breanna’s previous experience includes roles at NPA Coatings Inc., where efforts in recruitment, employee advocacy, and wellness program implementation were emphasized, as well as positions that contributed to the development of health and wellness programs. Breanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Coaching/Promotion and Health/Physical Education from Baldwin Wallace University.
