Raza Hasan

Raza Hasan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware architecture and development. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer for Development Boards at SiFive since June 2022, Raza previously held the role of Senior Embedded Hardware System Architect at Intel Corporation from August 2008 to May 2022. At Intel, Raza contributed significantly to various projects, including use-case analysis for vision accelerators, leading a team to architect advanced camera boards for ADAS systems, and influencing the architecture of Core processors. Prior to Intel, Raza held positions at Motorola as a Principal Staff Engineer, where contributions included mobile phone system architecture design, as well as engineering roles at Recoton Corporation and RIGEL CORPORATION LTD. Raza holds an Engineer's Degree and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
