Yi-Hsiu H.

Yi-Hsiu H. is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in compiler development and optimization for advanced processor architectures. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at SiFive, responsibilities include leading the compiler, toolchain, and benchmarking initiatives for RISC-V CPUs. Prior to this, Yi-Hsiu held key positions such as AI Compiler Team Lead at Bitmain, where development of proprietary and open-source AI compilers for ASIC chips was undertaken, and Software Manager at Andes Technology Corporation, overseeing the development of RISC-V base compilers. Experience also includes significant roles at Marvell Semiconductor, focusing on GNU toolchain optimization, and at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, where involvement in various embedded software projects and toolchains was pivotal. Yi-Hsiu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University.
