Nitish Jolly

Nitish Jolly is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading software engineering teams and managing scalable systems. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Sift since June 2022, Nitish oversees two product engineering teams, ensuring high performance in highly scalable, distributed systems that handle over 800 million monthly transactions. Previously, at HID Global, Nitish held the role of Software Engineering Manager, managing a team focused on the HID Global WorkforceID™ SaaS application. Nitish began a career in technology as a Senior Solutions Architect and Team Lead at Quantum Secure, where expertise included designing and implementing HID SAFE™ for large enterprises. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Audible, Inc. and as a Software Engineer at L&T Infotech. Nitish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
