Arun Jayaprakash

Arun Jayaprakash currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sify Technologies Limited, a role held since May 2016, where responsibilities include leading HR functions across various business units, with a focus on organization development, skill development, employee engagement, recruitment and retention, and performance management systems. Prior to this, Arun held positions such as Senior Manager - HR at ALTEN Calsoft Labs from March 2004 to May 2016, Executive - Human Resources at Exemplarr Worldwide Limited from April 2003 to March 2004, and Trainee at SPIC from 2001 to 2002. Arun holds an MBA from Bharathiar University and a B.Sc from the University of Madras.
