Ciarán Kelly

Angelica Ciar is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Office Engineer at VDI Builders and Development Corporation since July 2022. Previously, Angelica held the position of Junior Materials Control Engineer at EEI Corporation from February 2020 to May 2022. Angelica earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna, completing the degree in December 2019.
