Ian Ashton

Ian has been a Director and Chief Financial Officer of SIG plc since 1 July 2020. Before joining SIG, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer of Low & Bonar plc and Chief Financial Officer of Labviva LLC, a US-based technology company. Ian worked for much of his career at Smith & Nephew plc, where he held senior financial roles in the UKUS, and Asia. With over 20 years' experience, Ian is a qualified chartered accountant and began his career at Ernst & Young.
