Kevin Buckley

Kevin Buckley has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on SEC reporting and compliance. Kevin began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Manager for four years. From there, Kevin moved on to Dendrite International, where they served as the Director of Accounting for three years. Kevin then joined Virgin Mobile USA as the Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting for four years. In 2009, Kevin joined Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Finance and SEC Reporting, overseeing all SEC reporting, US GAAP research, and SOX compliance. Kevin also managed tax matters and led M&A valuations during their seven-year tenure. In 2017, Kevin briefly served as the Interim Corporate Controller at CDTi before assuming their current role as the VP Controller at SIGA Technologies.
