Vlad Idita-Seican

Vlad Idita-Seican is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in technology and organizational development. Currently serving as a Microsoft Solution Advisor at ConXioN since October 2023, Vlad also contributes as an Assistant Researcher at Sports Interactive since March 2018. Previous roles include Video Analyst at CS Universitatea Alba Iulia, Partner Marketing Advisor at Microsoft, CEO and Founder of Running Owl, and Information Security Analyst at Xoomworks Ltd. Additionally, Vlad held dual leadership roles at AIESEC in Belgium, focusing on HR and organizational development, and as President at AIESEC Cluj Napoca. Early experience includes a position as a System Administrator at jpard Solutions and a Technical Support Engineer, showcasing strong capabilities in IT support and customer care. Vlad holds a degree from Babes-Bolyai University, completed between 2017 and 2020, and obtained a Bacalaureat in Social Studies from Liceul "Horea, Closca si Crisan"​ in 2017.
