Liz Ridge

Liz Ridge currently serves as the Head of People at SigFig, having joined the company in August 2021. Previously, Liz held positions as HR Business Partner at SigFig and Manager of HR and Learning & Development at Finix. Liz's extensive experience in human resources began at Valimail as a Senior HR Manager and HR Generalist, where Liz was an early member of the People Operations team. Other roles include People Operations Manager at Creator, where Liz developed comprehensive HR functions following a Series A funding, and Director of Human Resources at The Entrust Group, where Liz established the HR department and created a company-wide compensation structure. Liz's career commenced at Elysium Digital, LLC, evolving from Operations/HR Assistant to Human Resources and Recruiting Manager, contributing to significant organizational growth. Liz is an alumnus of Northeastern University.
