Andrew Castaldi, CPA, MBA has held various positions throughout their career. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SightGrowth Partners. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director, and Co-Founder of The Young Scientist Foundation. Andrew also worked as the VP of Operations at Physicians Endoscopy, and as the Chief Operating Officer at Synergy Supply Solutions, US Vascular Management Group, and The Vascular Experts. In addition, Andrew worked at Nuvance Health as the Manager of Budgets and Financial Planning in the Department of Finance. Andrew also gained valuable experience at Mount Sinai Health System as an Administrative Director in the Department of Pathology and Genetics, as well as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Department of Finance. Andrew began their career as an Associate Auditor at KPMG.
Andrew Castaldi, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics at Iona University from 1996 to 2001. In 2007, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the New York State. Andrew continued their education at Baruch College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a double major in Finance and Operations Management.
