Francisco Magno

Francisco Magno is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a robust background in product development and engineering across various sectors, including medical devices and semiconductor technology. Currently serving as a Principal R&D Engineer at Sight Sciences, Francisco specializes in the development of minimally invasive glaucoma surgical instruments and equipment for treating dry eyes. Prior roles include Principal Mechanical Engineer at Recros Medica, Inc., focusing on minimally invasive surgical devices, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Eargo, where coordination of V&V testing for hearing aids was critical to the first product launch.
