David Lissmyr

David Lissmyr is an accomplished founder with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Founder of Sightengine since March 2022 and previously founding Plume Labs from July 2014 to December 2021. David's professional background includes leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Consultant from March 2008 to July 2012, as well as an internship as a Software Engineer at Yahoo! in 2007, where a back-end application was developed to gather user-data across different properties. Earlier experiences include a research internship at Hitachi, where a protocol to enhance message transmission in vehicular ad-hoc networks was implemented, and a science project at Institut Pasteur focusing on DNA evolution and mutation.
