Rachel Boshears

Rachel Boshears has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, they worked with peers to establish a successful deployment system behind the counter, partnered with the store manager to set and achieve goals, and was instrumental in organizing retail and back stock to meet daily needs. In 2013, they began working at Dosha SalonSpa as Spa Manager, where they were instrumental in reorganizing the pay structure for licensed massage therapists, worked to establish operations and processes in a new location, and partnered with the general manager to improve efficiency. In 2015, Rachel worked as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Backwoods Brewing. Finally, in 2016, they began working at SightLine Applications, Inc. as both the Director of Operations and Business Development Manager.

Rachel Boshears received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Portland in 2015, following their Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the same institution, which they completed in 2009.
