Michael Scalze

Michael Scalze serves as the Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager at Sightline Commercial Solutions, focusing on architectural sales and building partnerships in the Great Lakes Region since September 2021. Previously, Scalze held the position of National Strategic Sales Director at Dakota Safety, where responsibilities included developing national accounts and overseeing a sales team. As the owner of Scalze Company, business development consulting was provided with a focus on market expansion and client database optimization. A background in commercial roofing was built at Fischer Roofing, where a variety of roles were undertaken including business development and sales management. Additionally, Scalze has extensive experience in youth development, having served as a speaker and event developer for Youth Alive Inc. and as the Director of Youth at The Harbor Church. Educational qualifications include an Architecture & Engineering Intensive degree from Saint Paul College.
