Dom Haslam OBE has extensive work experience in the international development sector. Dom currently serves as the Deputy CEO of Sightsavers, where they have held various roles since 2006, including Director of Policy and Programme Strategy, Head of Government Relations and Policy Evidence, and Head of Programme Funding.
Additionally, Dom Haslam has held leadership positions in several organizations, such as Chair and Acting Chair of the International Disability and Development Consortium, Vice Chair of the same organization, and Board Member of Sightsavers Ireland.
Dom has also served as a Trustee for Practical Action and as an International Executive Committee member for Beyond 2015, where they played a significant role in developing the campaign's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Criteria.
Earlier in their career, Dom Haslam worked as a Programme Funding Manager at WaterAid and as a Programme Funding Officer at Christian Aid.
Dom Haslam OBE completed a BA (Econ) degree in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from The University of Manchester from 1991 to 1994. In 2012, they attended Roffey Park, although no degree or field of study information was provided.
