John Weinstein

Mr. Weinstein joined in 2019 as senior counsel for Sightway Capital.

Prior to joining, John was a corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. At Davis Polk, John represented strategic, financial sponsor, and portfolio company clients in a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, minority and venture investments and other strategic transactions, fund formations and co-investments, management arrangements, governance, and regulatory and compliance matters. John is a CFA Charterholder and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Syracuse University where he studied Economics and Finance.
