Hiranmaya Gundu has significant software engineering experience, starting with an internship at MiQ in 2019. During this time, they developed new components and screens using React.js and Emotion for an internal design system and worked as a Software Engineer to productize analysis and create APIs. They separated a monolith, added microservices, and improved uptime by 99.99% using Micrometer metrics and observability dashboards in Grafana. In 2021, Hiranmaya joined the USC Core Center for Nano Imaging as a Full Stack Engineer, where they migrated multiple sites to React and node.js and built an Electron Desktop App. They re-architected the mail server in PHP and migrated to MSFT Azure. Hiranmaya also worked at Sigma Computing in 2022 as a Software Engineer Intern, where they designed APIs and Version Tagging features and developed connectors enabling companies to use Sigma Computing much quicker. Currently, Hiranmaya plans to work as a Software Engineer at Sigma Computing starting in 2023.
Hiranmaya Gundu has pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering from PES University between the years 2015 to 2019. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are attending the University of Southern California to achieve a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
