Senior Software Engineer at Sigma Computing

Madison Chamberlain has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they are currently a Software Engineer at Sigma Computing, where they are responsible for developing a new database adapter to communicate with postgres, as well as developing different components throughout the query life cycle process. Madison also has experience using react and typescript to develop a socketio service for high speed, real time communication. In 2019, they were a Python Computer Science Instructor at C.R.E.W, where they assisted in the curriculum design and instruction of a Python computer science summer program for elementary school students. From 2018-2019, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Magnun Attention Lab, a Barista at UC Davis Coffee House, and an Intern at Kainos Home & Training Center. In addition, they were a Barista and Cashier (summers) at The Village Bakery from 2017-2018 and a Barista at Pink Posy from 2016-2017.

Madison Chamberlain attended Sequoia High School from 2012 to 2016 and achieved a 4.2 cumulative GPA. Madison then attended the University of California, Davis from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in both Computer Science and Applied Psychology.
