Rudy Gagneron has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Animal Technician at XOMA. In 2012, they began working as a Rehabilitation Aide at Physiotherapy Associates. In 2013, they attended the Coding Dojo coding bootcamp and then worked as a Web Developer at Mal Warwick | Donordigital. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Xcalar, Inc. as a Full Stack Architect, where they worked on the full stack team to build Xcalar's IDE from scratch and produced a multitude of screens, features, libraries, and UI components based on cross-team strategy discussions and direct customer feedback. In 2021, they began working as a Frontend Engineer at Sigma Computing.

Rudy Gagneron received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neurobiology and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2008. In 2013, they attended Coding Dojo to pursue Web Development. In 2014, they attended Stanford University, though no field of study or degree was obtained.
