Beth Knight

Beth Knight has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beth currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Sigma Healthcare, which they joined in 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Councillor at the Australian Retailers Association from 2019 to 2020. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the HR Director at JB Hi-Fi, and from 2015 to 2017, they served as the Group General Manager, HR at APT - Luxury Cruising & Touring.

Beth's earlier roles include being the GM, HR, Retail and Operations at Just Group from 2009 to 2015, the National HR Manager, Liquor at Coles from 2007 to 2009, and the National Employee Relations Manager at Coles Myer from 2004 to 2006. Beth also worked as the HR Manager, Vic, SA, WA at George Weston Foods from 2000 to 2004.

In the earlier years of their career, Beth worked at Ford Motor Company, holding positions such as Labour Relations Associate from 1997 to 2000 and HR Manager, Marketing and Sales from 1997 to 2000. Beth started their career as a Solicitor, Workplace Relations at Minter Ellison from 1995 to 1997.
