Wayne Hohs has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wayne began their career at BWX Technologies, Inc. in 1990, where they held various senior leadership positions and worked on power generation projects, marine construction, manufacturing, construction, and government contracts. In 2015, Wayne became the President & COO of Eagle Quest, LLC and Eagle Quest Energy, LLC until 2021. During this time, they also assumed the role of Division Leader - Waste Management at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2016 to 2017, where they led the re-start of nuclear waste treatment facilities. Currently, Wayne is employed at Sigma Science, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, having previously served as a Program Manager.
Wayne Hohs earned a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, which they completed between 1991 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Fire Protection Engineering & Technology from the University of Cincinnati in 1989. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, though the field of study is unspecified.
