Julia Ostroukh

Julia Ostroukh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the HR Department at Sigma Software Group since November 2020. Julia has held various HR roles at Sigma Software Group, including HR Team Lead and HR Generalist, and has previously worked as a Talent Manager at Lohika, a Facilitator of IT Cluster Crimea for the EU Project "Foreign Direct Investment Promotion in Sevastopol," and an HR Generalist at Miralab. Julia's early career included positions as an Administrative Director and HR Manager at Synergy Soft. Ukraine and an HR Manager at Alvion Europe. Julia is pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management and Organizational Development at UCU Business School and has completed various management development and HR training programs.
