Jason Rhoades

Jason Rhoades is an experienced leader in project management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Sigma Technologies, Ltd. Since July 2022, Jason has held the role of Customer Success Manager at ARCOS LLC, where responsibilities included managing customer portfolios and ensuring the adoption of effective strategies. Prior to that, Jason spent over 16 years at American Electric Power, culminating in the position of Director of Distribution Operations for the Columbus District, overseeing extensive operational management and achieving a Zero Harm safety record. Additional roles at AEP included Manager of the Distribution System and Health and Safety Coordinator, as well as foundational experience as a Line Mechanic. Jason's earlier career in the United States Air Force as a firefighter provided essential training in crisis management and safety practices. Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervisory Management and an Associate's degree in Occupational Development from West Virginia University.
