Charlie Wadlington

Charlie Wadlington's work experience began in 2004 as a Process Engineer at GTS Energy, where they were responsible for process and thermal oil heating system projects. Charlie handled all aspects of these projects, from design to construction, and developed system sizing and pricing tools. In 2005, they joined Kinetics Services Group as a Partner. Then, in 2007, they started working at Sigma Thermal, Inc. as a Sales Engineer, where they were involved in inside and outside technical sales for process heating equipment. Charlie developed internal sales and sizing programs, and led the process engineering team in sizing heat transfer equipment. In 2013, they were promoted to Sales Manager at Sigma Thermal, Inc.

Charlie Wadlington earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Charlie also obtained a BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) from the same institution during the same time period.
