Pete Akeley

Pete Akeley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Pete is currently serving as the Director of Product Management, North America at Sign In Compliance (formerly ThreatSwitch) since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Product at the same company from June 2021 to May 2023.

Before their time at Sign In Compliance, Pete worked at FairWarning, starting in June 2017. Pete held various roles including Product Manager from December 2018 to June 2021, Solutions Engineer from March 2018 to December 2018, and Customer Success Manager from June 2017 to March 2018.

Pete also gained experience at Citrix, where they served as a Customer Success Engineer from October 2016 to May 2017. Pete also worked as a Customer Success Manager for a brief period from July 2016 to October 2016. Pete began their tenure at Citrix as a Sales Development Representative in November 2015 and transitioned into a new sales development role in May 2015.

Additionally, Pete worked as a Research Analyst at White Oak Partners, LLC from September 2013 to December 2014. Pete started their professional career as an intern at First Community Bank from May 2012 to July 2012.

Pete Akeley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. Pete also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
