Michal Snížek

Michal Snížek has a diverse work experience. Michal started their career in 2007 at Muzikus s.r.o., where they served as a Multimedial CD and DVD developer, sound engineer, and film editor until February 2012. Michal then became Deputy Editor-in-Chief, DTP & Graphics and held this role until December 2021. In 2017, they joined SignageLAB as a WordPress + React Developer and worked there until June 2019. Since July 2019, they have been working at signageOS as a Senior Web Developer.

Michal Snížek has a diverse educational background. Michal pursued their Master's degree in Computer Engineering from 2011 to 2013 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same institution.

Before their studies at the Czech Technical University, Michal attended the College of Polytechnics in Jihlava from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Diploma Specialist degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Earlier in their education, from 1993 to 1997, they studied Agribusiness at the Czech Academy of Agricultural in Humpolec.

In addition to their formal education, Michal Snížek has also obtained various certifications. These include completing a course titled "Vývoj webových aplikací v Nette Framework" at David Grudl – Školení PHP.cz in January 2016. Michal has also completed several online courses such as "Assembling Sass," "Assembling Sass Part 2", "Blasting Off With Bootstrap," "Breaking The Ice With Regular Expressions," "JavaScript Road Trip Part 3," "Powering Up With React," and "jQuery: The Return Flight" through Code School, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
