Julian Bell

Julian Bell is the Chief Risk & Business Officer of Signal Energy Constructors. He is involved in all aspects of company business and plays an integral part in all operations as well as major contracts. Julian is responsible for all Procurement and Construction activities. Julian’s background is diverse and centered around construction and land development. Before joining Signal Energy Constructors in 2006, his 20+ year career spanned positions as an attorney, engineer and in construction management. Julian has degrees in law and mechanical engineering. He has overseen major contracting and preconstruction activities on over 45 renewable energy projects and is experienced in all aspects of wind and solar projects. He is a frequent writer on renewable energy and construction topics, and a frequent speaker at wind energy conferences and seminars.
