Tom Lane

Tom Lane has a long career in engineering and leadership. Tom began their career in 1985 as a 16R in the US Army, serving as an Air Defense Artillery for the M163 Vulcan Air Defense System. Tom then joined the US Army Reserve in 1990 as a Drill Sergeant. In 1995, they joined Tektronix as a HW/SW Engineer III. In 1999, they moved to Insight Electronics as a FAE. In 2005, they joined Altera as a FAE. In 2007, they joined EDT, ENGINEERING DESIGN TEAM as a President and HW/SW Engineer. Tom is currently President of Signal Hound, a position they have held since 2022.

Tom Lane attended Washington State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
