Parker Phipps

Parker Phipps, P.E. currently serves as the President and CEO of Signal Peak Energy, LLC, a position held since February 2020, after previously holding the title of Vice President of Operations within the same company. Parker's extensive experience in the mining industry includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Foresight Energy from August 2017 to February 2020, General Manager and Longwall Coordinator at Mach Mining, LLC from March 2013 to July 2017, and Assistant Longwall Coordinator at Peabody Energy from June 2010 to March 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah (2005-2009).
