Garrett E. Culver

Garrett E. Culver is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as Information Technology Administrator at Signal-Tech since August 2021, Garrett previously held the position of Director of Information Technology & Security at Spartansburg Regional Health Center from July 2013 to August 2021, overseeing health information systems, telephone systems, and electronic equipment across multiple clinics. Garrett founded Corry Area Consulting, LLC, focusing on providing computer and networking solutions to small businesses. Additional experience includes roles as Help Desk Team Lead at IV4, Inc., District Technical Consultant for the Warren Library Association, Help Desk Support at Stambaugh Ness, PC, Computer Technician at Corry Public Library, and Webmaster for Findley Lake Trading Company. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
