Veronica Mercado

Veronica Mercado currently serves as Principal and Chief of Staff to the CEO at SignalFire, a venture capital firm with over $2 billion in assets under management, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Veronica worked on special projects for Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm with more than $120 billion in assets, focusing on fund strategy and growth initiatives from August 2019 to July 2023. Veronica also held a brief position in enterprise growth at Descript and began a career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, ranking in the top 5-10% of the analyst class. Veronica holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Systems and Information Engineering with a focus on Applied Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
