Regional Sales Account Executive at SignalPET

Rayssa Makabi has a strong background in sales and customer service. Rayssa started their career at iContact BPO in 2019 as a Solution Agent, where they contacted decision makers at well-known companies in America and offered them free business resources. This role allowed their to field numerous calls daily, develop excellent customer service skills, and enhance their communication abilities. In 2020, they joined ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC as a Consumer Relations Specialist, providing information on the company's products and generating customer interest. Rayssa also managed the customer database and documented all interactions. In 2022, they worked at Quantanite as a French Technical Customer Service Associate. Currently, they are employed at SignalPET® as a Sales Development Representative and will soon transition to the role of Sales Account Executive.

Rayssa Makabi pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they attended PC Training and Business College, earning a National Diploma in Information Technology. Following this, Rayssa enrolled at the University of Johannesburg, where they pursued a National Diploma in Business Management from 2014 to 2018.
