Ana-Maria Schipor

Ana-Maria Schipor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering and Director of R&D Testing Services at Signant Health since November 2022, Ana-Maria previously held the position of Consulting Manager at Deloitte Digital Romania for a brief period in 2022. At Centric IT Solutions Romania from July 2018 to August 2022, Ana-Maria managed and expanded the offensive security team, focusing on Red Team security strategies and pentesting processes. Ana-Maria has also held various roles at Endava, Embarcadero Technologies, CODE40, and MIND CTI, developing a strong foundation in quality assurance and project delivery. Educational background includes a degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Project Management from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
