Luke Clemente Timmis

Luke Clemente Timmis possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving in multiple principal roles at Signature Associates Commercial Real Estate since July 2014, focusing on the Sale-Leaseback and Investment Divisions, as well as directing investment sales. Timmis represents both private and institutional investment firms in investment real estate dispositions and aids small to mid-cap companies with corporately-owned real estate through sale-leaseback transactions.
