Rita Herrmann

Rita Herrmann has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Rita'smost recent position was as a Senior Vice President, Credit Analyst at Signature Bank of Arkansas since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at United Bank NWA as a Credit Analyst / Review Appraiser from March 2021 to March 2022. Rita also served as a Senior Vice President, Credit Analyst II at Equity Bank from November 2016 to March 2021. Additionally, they held various roles at Community First Bank, including Senior Vice President, Credit Administration from February 2004 to November 2016. Rita performed simultaneous duties as a bank legal assistant and SVP of credit administration during this period. Before that, they worked as a Loan Officer and Loan Assistant. Rita started their career as a Loan Assistant at Boatmen's National Bank in October 1996.

Rita Herrmann holds a professional certificate in the field of study of Southwest Graduate School of Banking, which they obtained from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business during the period of 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Arkansas between 1999 and 2002. Before attending the University of Arkansas, they pursued accounting studies at North Arkansas College from 1997 to 1999, although they did not obtain a degree during that time.
