Tim Konicek

Tim Konicek has extensive work experience in the food industry, particularly in the quality assurance and research and development departments. Tim began their career at Signature Breads, Inc. in 1986 as the Director of QA & R&D. Tim held this position until 2010. In 2006, they took on the role of Director of QA and R&D, which they held until 2018. Following that, they became the Director of R&D + Innovation.

Tim Konicek attended Lesley University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1981, they pursued Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University.
