Ruth Chappa

Ruth Chappa has extensive experience in risk management and claims. Ruth worked at Signature Healthcare from 2010 until the present as the Director of Risk Management and Claims, where they managed the workers' compensation program, oversaw a third-party claims administrator, and implemented a return-to-work program. Prior to that, they served as a Claims Manager in the same company. Before joining Signature Healthcare, Ruth worked at Brown and Brown Insurance from 1995 to 2010 as a Claims Manager. In this role, they managed a department handling workers' compensation claims and gave presentations to board members and seminars on workers' compensation.

Ruth Chappa attended the University of Louisville from 1979 to 1981, studying Business. Ruth also obtained certifications as a Florida Independent Property Casualty Adjuster in 1995 and as a Kentucky Independent Property Casualty Adjuster in 1986.
