Tina Aown

Tina Aown has a strong background in healthcare leadership and mental health services. Tina has worked at various companies and held roles such as Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Compliance at Signature Healthcare Services and Senior Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services at HCA Healthcare. Prior to that, Tina served as a Nurse Manager and Program Director, overseeing the operational aspects of inpatient psychiatric units and engaging directly with patients. Tina has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with regulatory issues throughout their career.

Tina Aown completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies from Western Michigan University from 1990 to 1992. Tina then pursued a Master's degree in Nursing from Excelsior University from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including being Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in February 1989 and being a Registered Nurse licensed in various states (CA, CO, FL, LA, MI, NV, TN, TX, VA) from the State Boards of Nursing in May 1986.
