Patrycja Anna Surmaj

Patrycja Anna Surmaj is a skilled professional with extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently, Patrycja serves as an Assistant to the Office Manager at Signature Litigation since September 2022. Prior to this, Patrycja held the position of Office Administrator at Addleshaw Goddard from May 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a bilingual receptionist at Allen & Overy from September 2016 to November 2020, where responsibilities included visitor reception, telephone management, meeting room coordination, and financial reporting. Patrycja's earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Assistant at Disneyland Paris from July 2013 to September 2016, excelling in multilingual customer interactions and conflict resolution. Patrycja began the career as a young au pair with Au Pair International in 2008. Educationally, Patrycja holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Warsaw.
