Belinda Harrington

Belinda Harrington has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Belinda most recently worked at Hartford Homes, LLC as an HR/Office Manager, where they were responsible for evaluating employee programs and ensuring that all employee-related policies aligned with corporate goals and regulations. Prior to that, Belinda served as the Director of Human Resources at Signature Offset, where they successfully implemented best practices and built a successful HR department. Belinda also worked at Advance Tooling Concepts (ATC) as the Manager of Human Resources for a short period of time. Belinda's extensive experience in HR dates back to 1988 when they started as a Benefits Manager at JBS USA LLC and worked there for over 24 years. Overall, Belinda has demonstrated their expertise in managing HR functions, implementing streamlined processes, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
