David Phillips

David Phillips, Esq. has over 25 years of legal experience, currently serving as a mediator at Signature Resolution since April 2018. Previously, David was a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where responsibilities included leading trial counsel and managing employment litigation teams from July 2012 to March 2018. As a sole practitioner at the Law Offices of David S. Phillips from 1993 to 2012, David focused on business disputes, insurance recovery, employment litigation, and land use disputes, alongside significant appellate work. Early career experiences include serving as an associate at Milbank LLP and a summer associate at JONES DAY®, with a focus on litigation, transactional work, and real estate. David holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law and has advanced degrees from Stanford University and Yale University.
